Elevate your game with our mental skills training program. Delivered as small group zoom sessions with 2 individual sessions the course covers: Week 1 - The Pressure Test - what happens to the mind and the body under pressure Week 2 - How to thrive under pressure - We learn how to be challenged Week 3 - Smart Thinking - learn how to challenge your limiting beliefs Week 4 - Focus - What are the key things you should be focusing on Week 5 - Individual Review (Individual session) Week 6 - Confidence - We explore the critical role that confidence plays in performance Week 7 - Control - Learning to determine what we can and cannot control Week 8 - bio-feedback & regulation Week 9 - Seek and you shall find Week 10 - Individual Performance improvement planning (Individual session)
